Exchange Policy
You may exchange delivered goods within 5 days of delivery. Your request will be processed after you present the original invoice. Criteria for Exchange: Product must be unused and undamaged. Product must not be altered in any way. Product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Exchange Process: There is a Rs 450 delivery charge for exchanges. Our rider will pick up the old parcel and deliver the new one to you. Before handing over the product, please make a quick video showing the product for evidence.
All purchases are non-refundable
We have a strict no refund policy. However, Nayab’s Rogue offers a 'Replacement' option. You can replace your item with the same item (in case of a defective product) or with another product available at the store. Courier charges will be paid by the buyer. Customer satisfaction is our first priority, but to avoid long unnecessary disputes, company decisions will be considered final.
