Exchange Policy

You may exchange the delivered goods within 5 days of delivery. Your request would be entertained after presentation of original invoice.
Criteria for exchange at Nayab’s Rogue is simple:
• Product must be unused and undamaged
• Product must not be altered in any way.
• Product must be returned in their original packaging (with all tags attached).

All purchases are non-refundable:

We have a strict no refund policy. However, Nayab’s Rogue facilitates customers with an alternative ‘Replacement’ option. You can opt for this option to replace your item with the same item (incase of defected product delivered) or you can replace it with another product available at the store.
• Courier charges will be paid by the buyer.
• Customer satisfaction is our first priority but in order to avoid long unnecessary disputes, company decisions will be considered final.
