You may exchange delivered goods within 5 days of delivery. Your request will be processed after you present the original invoice. Criteria for Exchange: Product must be unused and undamaged. Product must not be altered in any way. Product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Exchange Process: There is a Rs 450 delivery charge for exchanges.
