Exchange Policy

You may exchange delivered goods within 5 days of delivery. Your request will be processed after you present the original invoice.

Criteria for Exchange:

• Product must be unused and undamaged.
• Product must not be altered in any way.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange Process:

• There is a Rs 450 delivery charge for exchanges.
• Our rider will pick up the old parcel and deliver the new one to you.
• Before handing over the product, please make a quick video showing the product for evidence.
