Terms for Exchange of Items:
In the case of a damaged, faulty, affected or not as described on our website, customers will receive an exchanged product along with the shipping amount (if applied previously).
- A request for an exchange may be valid within 7 days of the item being shipped.
- If any of the above clauses are not applicable there will be no exchange.
Terms for RefundÂ
- Refunds will be made according to our written permission and instructions.
- Payments online will only be refunded if the goods are not shipped or delivered from our side.
- Refund requests would be made for unopened shipments with the shipping costs for delivery of the item to be provided by the customer himself.

Exchange policyÂ
The delivered goods could be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Your request will be entertained after the original invoice has been submitted.
Exchange requirements at Nayab's Rogue are simple:
- Product shall be unused and undamaged
- The product shall in no way be changed.
- Product must be returned (with all tags attached) in its original packaging.
All purchases are non-refundable:Â
We have a strict policy of no refunds. Nayab's Rogue, however, makes it easier for consumers to choose an alternate 'Replacement' option. You can use this option to replace your item with the same item (in case of faulty product delivered) or replace it with another product available in the shop.
- The buyer must pay Delivery fees.
- brand loyalty is our first priority but business decisions should be considered final in order to avoid long unnecessary conflicts
